Training Consultations

 

One to one consultations are designed to help you with any training problems you might be encountering with your dog. They are tailored to each owner and dogs specific needs, but can address a range of training issues such as barking, jumping up, basic manners, excessive chewing, recall and pulling on the lead. It's important to stress that these sessions are for training issue only, not behaviour problems such as aggression. I may advise you seek guidance from a behaviourist if I deem it necessary.

These consultations can be in your home or at one of my training venues, and are ideal if you are unable to attend group classes but wish to teach your dog basic obedience and manners.

All training undertaken will use kind, effective, reward-based methods.

I usually recommend a minimum of two visits. The first will assess the extent of the problem and show you techniques to help resolve it. On the second visit we will review your progress, I will offer extra guidance and show you ways to further develop your training.

One to one training sessions include full support after the consultation via email, text or phone calls. Travel expenses as stated below will also be added if the visit is in your home. Please enquire for a price.
